iPhone ios 6 failure

hey guys,
my iPhone 4 took a very long time to prepare the update, then it went to the black screen with apple logo and the progress bar begun to fill. Once it was filled, the progress bar became empty and has now been stuck like that for over 8 hours.. what should i do?will it come back to life or shpuld i go to phone service?

i forgot to tell that itunes detects a problem when restoring (3194) and i tried to fix fit but it wasnt successful
