iOS 6 Folders

I haven't updated my XCode yet but I was wondering if anybody knows if folders have an additional row, like the homescreen, with an iPhone 5? I'm assuming that you can do that in the simulator like you could before (I think, I haven't regularly made folders on the simulator).

I just checked the iOS Simulator: One extra row, 16 icons per folder.
