It keeps happening. Even though the app is installed, it shows that icon. I have to restart my phone to fix this. Has anybody else encountered this problem?

It keeps happening. Even though the app is installed, it shows that icon. I have to restart my phone to fix this. Has anybody else encountered this problem?
Many times. Just happened again yesterday to me. It usually happens when the app just starts to download and move it around. Lags and then out of nowhere there's a second copy. Then I restart or reboot and returns to normal state with only one copy of the app.
