iOS 6 GM bugs - No sound when recording video and no microphone with speakerphone? 4S

Has any experienced the following two issues with iOS 6 GM?

1. No sound is recorded when recording a video.

2. When on speakerphone, the person you are taking to can't hear you because the microphone does not work.

I tried resetting all settings and that did not help.
