iOS 6 to iOS 8 data transfer?

My wife has a iPhone 4 that is running iOS 6.0.1. I plan on giving her my iPhone 5 that is running the latest iOS 8 software. She has already backed up her phone via iCloud. When I take the phone to verizon to get her # activated on my old iPhone 5, will all of her data be transferred?
