I'm having a very hard time with notifications, first I have a 5 minute or sometimes longer delay, the thing is this, it only happens when I imessage my gf (she has a MacBook) she gets my texts on time, but when she texts me it gets delayed to me by 5 mins or more! I have done the usual, disabled iMessage reset network settings, turned the phone off and back on, I tried deleting her messages and still same crap! I'm on a iPhone 4S and I'm using a net 10 SIM card, can anyone help please?

My girlfriend is having the same problem. Oddly enough she has a 4s and is using straight talk which is pretty much the same thing as net 10. Any luck on figuring out a fix yet?

Yeah I did find a fix! I waited until my 30 days was up with net10 and you must follow these instructions VERY CAREFULLY!!

1. Power off your phone and leave it off.
2. Remove your StraightTalk or Net10 SIM card.
(Now this is the part where you REALLY need to pay attention)
4. Find your dog or cat and feed the SIM card to them and wait for your pet to eject it during a bowel movement.
5. Take the SIM card covered with feces and mail it to the Net10/StraightTalk headquarters in Florida.
6. Get in your car and drive to your nearest AT&T store.
7. Purchase their GoPhone $60 unlimited talk text and 2 gb data.
8. Transfer your phone number.
9. Enjoy awesome service!
