Ios 7.0.4 screen flicker

I have had ios 7 running on my iphone 5 since it was released back in September. I just noticed recently on the latest firmware 7.0.4 that my screen flickers for a second occasionally when I open random apps. It happens so quick I barely notice it. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this issue. I don't recall this in the previous updates. Hope they fix this in 7.1.

iOS 7 is trying to determine compatibility issues with third party apps.
iOS 7.1 resolves that issue.
