iOS 7.0 Update to 7.0.4 or 7.0.6

Hi,

I recently bought an iPhone 5C, which is currently running the iOS 7.0. I'm using the R-SIM mini for unlocking, so I'm unable to update to latest iOS 7.1. My question is, whether is somehow possible to update to iOS 7.0.4 or 7.0.6 even though the Apple is not singing the .ipsw anymore.

Not possible to update to any firmware except 7.1.
