Don't think it's gonna happen. What really needs to be fixed? I haven't had any bugs.

There are still some bugs.
Safari crashes/page reloads/website load hanging for a start, buggy notification centre for some, battery drain compared even to previous builds of iOS7...and some U/I could do with tidying up too. I hate the volume and scrubbing bars in the video player for example, they're too opaque (and too big). Some others hate the tiny caller photo etc.
There is still work to be done...

Same here, no issues/bugs but a lot of people are still experiencing bugs so there's still issues to be fixed.

No, no, no. Not another thread about when will Apple release the next update! After iOS 7.1 was released at 16.56 GMT on a day we didn't expect it to be released, iOS 7.1.1 could be available right now for anything we know. No-one on here can answer the question, no-one.

During the week that I had an iPad running 7.1, I had numerous repsprings and of course the safari tabs reloading. Not sure they can ever fix the safari tabs since it's been happening on iPhones for years now but the resprings I'm sure can be fixed.

I exchanged it for a higher capacity and stayed on 7.0.4.

Battery drain is a common complaint for any upgrade may it be .1 or a whole release.

No bugs???? How about all the people with Bluetooth problems?

We have an iphone 4S an iphone 5S and two 4th gen iPads. When we switched to 7.1 we lost Bluetooth on all four devices. We did all the fixes many, many times, resets, restores, etc. To date, we have "restored" Bluetooth on only one device.

We are not the only ones. Those who do get their devices discovered & connected face a host of problems with bad performance. 7.1. has been a disaster. For us, in 33 years of using Apple products, this rates as one of the worst issues with no fix in sight ....

I must agree.
7.1, for me at least, created more bugs than it fixed.

I think most people are unaware that battery drain is a common side-effect from using the battery to power your phone.
