If you use the 5 finger pinch on iOS 7.1 (beta 1, 2, 3, 4) when closing an app inside a folder, it fails to let you tap out of the folder for a couple seconds?? Its been like this since beta 1 so it makes me think its not going to get fixed. VERY VERY annoying. Makes it feel slower than 7.0.4 ironically. Other than that 7.1 looks very promising.
