In iOS 7.1 beta 3, there is a bug with the Shift key on iOS’ virtual keyboard. It looked off when it was on, and on when it was off. Is there a way to edit the firmware or a cydia tweak to fix this.

It's not a bug, that's how it was intended to look.

ShowCase and then ignore the shift key appearance since the keyboard will be all upper or lower case
