iOS 7.1 Icons get stuck between pages on home screen

Hey it's a minor glitch and not really bothering me. It's just funny. Wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem?

This happens to me sometimes too. I have not yet seen it on 7.1. It's when you swipe the apps get stuck and only half go to the next page

Got it, for some reason I was imagining that these screenshots were taken mid-swipe. Nevermind, I see it.

It's happened to me exactly 3 times on my 5S but only on the lock screen when swiping left to type in my pass code. It'll get stuck with only the 2nd and 3rd pass code columns showing on the screen. I haven't seen it since iOS 7.1, but it wasn't too prevalent before either, so it may still happen later.

I've never had it happen swiping pages on the home screen though
