iOS 7.1 - Siri and TouchID

Hey guys,

i have the following problem after updating to 7.1 on my 5S:

I was used to have siri disabled on a locked phone. By using TouchID i was the only one who could activate it from the lockscreen.
Now the same method isn't working. I have to unlock the Phone first to use siri.

When changing the setting to enable siri on the lockscreen everyone can use it.
This is really annoying..

Before restoring i want to know, if someone else has this problem and so it's a general bug.

Hello,

I've just seen your posting and tried it out over in the U.K.

I did exactly the same and once Siri was disabled on a locked screen, nothing happened.

So it seems, this is a bug and there is no solution right now.
