iOS 7 and 6.1.3

Hey all -

I installed iOS7 and backed up to itunes. I then downgraded via a restore to 6.1.3. I would now like to 'Restore Backup' my data from the iOS7 backup.

It's not letting me. Is this possible?

This thing happened to me, the iOS 6 backup turned into the iOS7 backup after the update from beta 1, so, since I have Time Machine, I just went into the previous day and restored my old iOS 6 backup

"From the Library folder head to Application Support > MobileSync > Backup"

If you have Time Machine it could be much easier.
