iPhone ios 7 b4 Date & time bug

For some reason, the date and time on my iphone keep changing. Sometimes, randomly the the will change 8 hours ahead and the clock app seems to think I am in the london time zone (im in california), and then it will change back randomly. I can change it back manually if i turn off and on "set automatically" in the "date & time" settings list. This is a bizarre bug on a brand new iphone (just got my old one replaced under warranty), anyone know what might be causing it?
