iOS 7 beta 3: Phone restarted, apps missing, can't redownload

Sorry, if I didn't see an existing thread on the subject, but my phone just randomly restarted and when it came to, IMDb and Spotify were missing off my front page.

I went to the App Store to reinstall them and it only gave me the "Open" option and when I clicked it... nothing.

I had to plug into my computer, remove the apps and reinstall them.

Any others with this issue? I don't know if it's 7.1 beta 3 related, or just happens to be a weird coincidence.

Try signing out of the Appstore and back in again?

I could try that next time. Hopefully there isn't a next time.

In the other thread the person was able to delete the app from the usage screen and then reinstall normally.
