Anyone know when iOS 7 beta will be released for the iPad mini?

If I had to guess I would assume the iPad, and iPad mini beta will come out for beta 2, the week of the 24th. iOS 7 beta 2 will also most likely feature Siri's new voice, the Voice Memos app back in iPod touch and iPhone, and possibly speed improvements.
