I have my iPhone synced with my company's exchange mail server. The only problem I have is that when I get meeting or event invitations through exchange, I can not figure out how to accept/decline them WITHOUT sending a notification to the sender about my status.
On my computer in Outlook, this is a simple radio button toggle that says "don't send notification".
I've talked to my company's tech support, but no luck.
