iOS 7 Calendar Question

Hi Guys,

I have my iPhone synced with my company's exchange mail server. The only problem I have is that when I get meeting or event invitations through exchange, I can not figure out how to accept/decline them WITHOUT sending a notification to the sender about my status.

On my computer in Outlook, this is a simple radio button toggle that says "don't send notification".

I've talked to my company's tech support, but no luck.

I don't think it works very well in that respect, mail is fine (bar being unable to attach a simple file to an email) I tested this with a client the other day. I work in IT and couldn't really explain it. It's as if the full functionality just isn't available in the iOS calendar and mail app.
