Is there any way to adjust the background color of the settings area or any other area with the white everywhere? For instance the notes app, just looks awful with all of the white everywhere.

Unfortunately, no. But a lot of people have been asking for a "dark mode," which would feature a dark gray background and a white foreground.

A dark mode would be nice. There is just too much white honestly.

It would certainly make it easier to see at night. I often find myself turning down the brightness (thank you Control Center!). I think it would be neat if "night mode" could be set to engage automatically at sunset, or, better yet, whenever the ambient light sensor determines that the ambient light is low enough to warrant it.

you mean something like F.Lux?

I haven't heard of that. Is that a jailbreak tweak?

It's this. Apparently it's for any OS and jailbroken iOS.

I knew this sounded familiar; my friend was talking about using it, and I couldn't get over how little the name correlated with the function.
