Is anyone else able to replicate the bug where if you add a phonetic first name for someone they disappear from your contact list? The contact still exists somewhere because it is searchable and Siri can find it. The name is just removed from the standard list.

The pronunciation of a name. I'm not sure how it is used throughout the system other than Siri uses it to pronounce names correctly. For example, if you have Sean in your contact list, Siri may pronounce it "Seen" and the correct pronunciation is "Shawn".

I've found the missing contact - the contact list is sorted by phonetic names. By changing the phonetic spelling, my contact got moved to a new letter in the list.

Why not teach Siri how to properly pronounce it?
