Not sure if anyone ran into this yet, but apparently you can use your camera to redeem your iTunes Gift cards. Looks like below:

Ran into it today while trying redeem my card. I wonder How many other little nuggets are hidden?
 
I always wondered why they didn't do this a long time ago..

That's awesome. Will work out a lot with the Starbucks app cards.
 
Tried it today and i must say it's very convenient this way. It even read scanned iTunes card I purchased online
