I use the default starry wallpaper that came with iOS7.

Since beta 3, every now and then the wallpaper will remain in frosted glass mode when I unlock, and for a brief second I realize how much BETTER the phone and the wallpaper look with the effect (ties into the doc, icons are clearer, everything is cleaner).

I haven't been able to snag a screenshot as it happens to briefly.

Anyone know how to put the frosted glass effect onto wallpapers?

This is probably just your specific wallpaper that looks good with the effect. Mine looks like crap.

You can pretty easily replicate the effect in photoshop if you're desperate.

It's a bug in Beta 3. If you have notifications on your lock screen and you slide to unlock instead of sliding the notifications, it triggers that "blurring effect" briefly.
