Not sure this is in the right section but my ip5 is having random reboots multiple times throughout the day. I have factory reset the phone but it is still random respring. Sometimes it resprings and does the infinite loop on the Apple Logo. Has this happen to anyone? If so, how did you do to fix it?

Unfortunately it is happening to a lot of folks and there isn't much you can do about it. :( The next version iOS 7.1 is much more stable and is due out in March.

Reboot or Respring? Respring is when you see the apple logo for a few seconds and than its back. a reboot would completely restart the entire phone.

Respring, my bad. Under my diagnostic & usage data, I get a lot of panic.plist.

It's a problem Apple says is being worked on, nothing to worry about. It's annoying for now but it'll get fixed eventually.

ah ok. yeah, a lot of us have been seeing that :)

Are you on 7.0.4? It happens less on that build for me.

Yeah I'm on 7.0.4. It resprings so many times throughout the day.

I hope it gets fixed on ios 7.1.

I find the different experiences people are having with IOS 7 really mysterious. Obviously reading these forums (and others) it's clear that these problems exist, but I can honestly say that since probably 7.0.1 (or even the first week or so of 7.0 in all honesty) I've not had a single reboot or respring on my iPhone 5 - and I'm a pretty heavy user.

I used to see those panic.plist reports on my 4S running both IOS 5 and 6 (in fact I got a replacement phone from Apple off the back of them) but nothing similar on my 5 under IOS 7.

My battery life is great too. Genuinely; the best I've ever had from an iPhone going back 5 years. What's different about my phone I wonder?

I have no clue, this is my first iPhone I've owned.

You in beta? 7.1?

Yes. Fortunately other folks report the same thing. :)

Much of it appears to be sites visited and third party apps. It really depends on how you use it. At the risk of starting a war of words, I'll mention I close all my apps nightly. Of course the iPads have had it rougher than iPhones.

Reports that it stop resprings?

Happens to me several times a day, always after unlocking with touch id. Using a 5s with 7.0.4. I sure hope it's fixed soon.
