So I've looked around for an answer for this. But all I've been able to find is that it has something to do with the App Store app. And the only "fix" is to keep restarting your phone.

Whenever I access the App Store, not all the time, but often, the spinning wheel beside the Network ID (LTE or WiFi symbol) pops up and won't go away. I launch the App Store app, and it disappears. Then when I go back to the home screen, it pops up again. I'll do the same for other apps. And it will disappear. So it looks like it just shows on the home screen.

This will keep going for however long, until I restart my phone. This is a pain in the arse since I check the App Store app often. My biggest concern, is that it is actually using the network. So on wifi, it's no issue. But when I'm on my carrier's network (LTE), I'm afraid its using up my data. However it's using it.

1. Is it really using up data? Or is it just a glitch with the iOS, and it's not doing any network activity.

2. How do I stop this from happening? Especially if it IS using actual network activity/data.

Thanks.
