Hi everyone. Just uploaded iOS 7.0.2 for iPhone 4s - what a disaster. My Mail app. keeps grabbing old unread emails, that I've already read on primary email via computer. Old OS used to limit incoming emails to 50. I suspect I should just delete my email from this phone in order to clear it up. Any suggestions. I cannot even get the stupid thing to 'mark as read' to all. It's brutal.

Sounds like a POP mail account...What email service is it?
For the popular ones you can adjust the way it is set up so you can keep everything in sync across all your devices if you have it like IMAP or Exchange...
