Mine slowed down. Then locked up. Then deleted half of my music but at least Apple wanted me to buy the missing half back again. Battery life was 6 hours or less after down loading 7.0.2, but after contacting Apple and working with customer support and down loading 7.0.3, it killed my phone and was told I had to go back to Verizon to get a new phone.
But I felt reassured after I talked with Matt who told me he was a customer support supervisor who told me he would reimburse me for going a week without my phone through my iTunes account because the latest up grade left me without a phone for a service plan I still had to pay for while I had NO phone.
But the icing was Matt said I could call him if I had any problems but that jewel LIED about the phone number he gave me.
