iOS 7 Paralax Alerts.

Hi all, I watched a few videos on Youtube of the new paralax effect on iOS 7, and I was wondering, they explained that this works with the homescreen icons, the safari tabs, and the alerts that come through to the phone (notifications)
Quite a few videos I watched said this and I was wondering what they meant, thanks, please e-mail me APPLE fans

All of those things will move slightly when you tilt the phone giving it a 3D effect.
