iPod touch ios 7 release dates

Hi! I am using ios 7.0.4 on my ipod touch 5g and I like it very much! It's amazing I very much like everything in ios 7! But I noticed that there are some things on the internet about ios 7.1 betas. And I was going to ask you when will be the release date of the ios7.1 final official(public) release? I'm just curious to know. And what will be the new things?Oh, and if I had to suggest some new feature it would be the dark keyboard(with the option of disabling it in the settings of course) and the panorama wallpaper s in lock screen(which were there until ios 7 beta 5). So, if you can tell me anything about it, feel free to do so(even if there is little information about this now)
