ios 7 and restrictiions / parental controls still are horribly implemented.

I want to have an iPad that will be primarily used by our kids, so huge restrictions. But I want to be able to grab it and use it on occassion. Parental controls should be set to strict as tightly as you would like, but when you want to use Safari, or Youtube or something, requiring a passcode to access it one time. But instead, you have to go in to settings, enter the passcode, unrestrict, use it, go back in to settings, enter the passcode, and re-restrict, if you remember afterwards, rather than it timing out. That is a ridiculous and absurd process, clunky, and not thought out. Apparently the only thing parental controls are designed for is to make you want 2 separate iPads.
