I installed iOS 7 on my iPhone 5 because it was the only way to repair my abysmal WiFi bandwidth at home. Here's my brief review:
The Good:
1) Much easier to swipe and enter pass code in lock screen thanks to improved location of number pad buttons.
2) Control Center is extremely useful. I like being able to turn stuff like WiFi on and off easily.
3) Clean. No more felt. This also poses some problems though.
The Bad:
1) Feels like a bit of a blank canvas. iOS 6 had a very unique Apple character. iOS 7 needs a bit more charm.
2) Translucent Dock is unnecessary and blocks wallpaper.
Unknowns:
1) Battery life. Seem ok to me so far. I drained a bit more than usual but I also played around with the settings more.
Overall, this is not bad. I had no problems using the functionality of iOS 7. iOS 7 still needs work IMO, but it's a decent starting place for the post-Jobs/Forrestal era.
