iOS 7 software update. Checking for update

For the past few days if I go into software update on the phone it just says checking for update and continues searching.

Doesn't come up with "ios7 is the latest software"

Wonder if I will have problems when it beta3 is releases?

It has done it for a few days on multiple wifi and 3g
