iOS 7 Update Deleted my voice recodings in voice memos app

Hi,

I updated to iOS 7 on my iPhone and it deleted my recordings on the stock voice memos app. Is there any way I can get them back? Please help? Or is there any way that I can downgrade iOS then?

If you backed up via iTunes before upgrading, you may find your Voice Recordings in the Music tab if you checked the box to save them.

Once you upgrade iOS, you are stuck with it.
