I tried to update my iPhone this morning and unfortunately the Wi-Fi I was connected to kept disconnecting me and the download of iOS 7 failed a couple of time. So I figured I would wait until I got home.

Well... Now that I'm home when I try to update it says 6.1.3 is the latest version of software. I then went to update my wife's iPad 2 and my daughters 5th Gen iPod touch. Both of them said 6.1.3 was the latest. But my son updated his 5th Gen iPod this morning without problem.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have an iPhone 5. The update was available to me earlier when I was at work but I decided to wait until I got home. Now, it says iOS 6.1.4 Your software is up to date.

So, yes. Same thing for me.

Quick update:

I repeatedly tried to update and finally got my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 to start downloading. No luck yet on the iPod Touch.

my wife's iPhone 5 started downloading on the first try, mine is not, I am downloading directly, maybe do a manual update.

on her phone its a 700mb download and the manual ipsw is 1.32gb

I understand you have to update Itunes first prior to updating to IOS 7.

what worked for me on two devices is to check for updates, says 6.4.1 is up to date, leave the device until it falls asleep. hit the home button and it came back to check for updates and it found iOS7

download, update. all good
