So I have the new iPhone 5S with iOS 7.0.1 currently installed in it, I have this app called Free Video Downloaded Plus Plus! It's a app for iOS which allows you to directly download a video from any site. So I use it, I download videos and such for my own entertainment; the only videos I download from is from YouTube and nothing else. I was wondering is this safe doing so? Also I know this question has been asked billions of times but I'm going to ask it for my own clarification, is there potential threat like a virus or any malicious software that may harm your iOS device?
No my iPhone is not jail broken, in fact I don't even think there is any jailbreaking software available for iOS 7 at this point.
