iOS 7B2... screen flickering

My phone started acting up this afternoon, the touchscreen became completely unresponsive, and after I did a couple of hard resets the touchscreen started working again, but the screen itself is flickering rapidly now. I tried resetting a few more times, but nothing seems to fix it. Has this happened to anyone else?

No, haven't seen this problem yet. My i5 with beta 2 has been working fine except the expected bugs. Have you tried restoring? Beta 3 is supposed to come out on Monday and that'll probably fix it.
