iOS 8.0.2 on iPhone 4S, can't connect to Cell Network

Updated my wife's phone this morning to iOS 8.0.2 and now the phone won't connect to the cellular network at all, it is in a constant "Searching..." state. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

My 4S works perfectly with 8.0.2

So after restarting the phone it turns out that she is on 8.0.0 and the phone displayed an error message that said 8.0.2 failed to install. Yet she still has no cellular reception...very odd.

Probably try updating again. If not just Reset Network Settings in settings and that might help.
