iPod touch IOS 8.0.2 Stay or Upgrade?

I just bought iPod Touch 5th Gen with IOS 8.0.2 pre-installed. I like to jailbreak, to satisfy my technical interest only, however, there is not much actual needs from jb tweak actually. Should I upgrade to 8.3 or just stay? Will 8.3 slow down the system? Is there any 'serious' bugs in 8.0.2 that I should aware of?

Doubt there will be any difference in system speed between 8.0.2 and 8.3.

There has been a good amount of updates since 8.0.2 (8.1, 8.1.1, 8.1.2, 8.1.3, 8.2, 8.3), though, and all including bug fixes. So it wouldn't hurt to see the update notes for each update and make a decision based off that.
