iOS 8.1.2 - health data lost

Anyone else seeing health data being lost randomly??
I got it 2 times already - first symptom - health app gets laggy, then i kill the app and after re-launch, the pages are blank, nothing pinned to the desktop.
Reboot clears the problem for me.
Happened 2 times (i think i didnt see it before upgrading to 8.1.2 yesterday)

Yes mine has lost all data and been completely useless since 8.1.1. I had hoped 8.1.2 would fix but it didn't.

I called apple and for the usual crap to start my iPhone from scratch as a new phone. Well sorry that's not good enough. I have data in my backup that I don't want to lose. The ios last my data so it's up to the ios to bring it back and re-enable the health app to be usable again.
