iPhone iOS 8.1.3 and Apple Podcast App

Ever since 8.1.3 appeared I've had a problem where the Apple Podcast app downloads the info (not file) for episodes I've already deleted. If I delete them, they just download again.

Anyone else having this problem and/or is there a fix?
