iOS 8.1.3 - Continuity still not working!!!

Dear all,

When i got my iPhone 6 and iMac 5K, continuity worked flawlessly. Ever since I restored my iPhone to factory settings, continuity stopped working. I have no option under the Messages settings for text message forwarding anymore.

Yes, I am logged into the same iCloud accounts and FaceTime accounts. Yes, I tried logging out and in on all devices to no avail.

I hoped it was an 8.1.2 problem but alas I was wrong.

Can anyone help? Please?
