Who thinks that Apple may release this before iOS 8.2??

Not really worried about it. They release updates when they do. I haven't been having any trouble with my phone on any of the updates. If they released another version between now and 8.2, I'd probably skip it. Each update uses bandwidth, if nothing is affecting my use of the phone, there's no reason to be anxiously awaiting an update.
