iPhone iOS 8.1 bug: Old Apps appearing in privacy settings.

In a very distance past I used to have Facebook. And so the app installed. I rarely do a fresh install on iOS, so it is always a backup restore.

I said goodbye to Facebook a long long time ago. But after the iOS 8.1 update yesterday, this happened.

In the settings, privacy, location settings, the Facebook app reappears. I have no clue how this happened.
To make it even better. In the iTunes App Store I deleted the Facebook App from my purchases. So if I go to the Apps Store I need to re-purchase this free app before install.

Has anyone else have old deleted apps reappearing in the settings menu?

I've never had the Facebook app on my phone and like everyone else it is not in my list.

Well, at least you tried to help.
But none of the above did. Of course I tried a reset and all. Weird thing is I haven't used Facebook for over 2 years on the phone.

Well in the reset menu there is an item to reset location and privacy. I did that and it's gone from the list.

Where it isn't clear it is gone from the phone or not. I think the best to do is, to execute a fresh install.
But that takes a lot of time. Unfortunately.
