iOS 8.2 beta 1 breaks apps search spotlight?

Can anyone else check if their Spotlight search no longer shows apps? Before anyone has a go, I'm a dev. and have tried all the usual stuff, just curious if it's widespread.

Also reported it.

EDIT: The bug is not that apps never return to spotlight, but after an update (since 8.1.1) it takes a long time to index the apps. They now show up fine.
