iOS 8.2 Camera Lag

Since updating to iOS 8.2, my iPhone 6 and my wife's 6+ have severe lag issues when trying to add pictures to iMessage. The camera also frequently freezes while trying to take video or photos. It takes 7-10 seconds to acces the photos when trying to add a photo album from the iMessage or camera app. Anyone else having this issue?

iCloud Photo Library (Beta)

I believe this was the culprit. It is trying to access 200+ GB of photos. I turned it off and am syncing to delete all the photos off the phone. It says there are 43K photos on the phone, which I don't believe is even possible even on a 128GB phone.

Happens to me, although only when choosing moments, instead of all photos.
