Hello,

Just a heads up that after installing 8.2 on my iPhone 6 plus the Lightning digital AV to HDMI adapter stopped working: if I connect it (wether it's connected to an hdmi cable and/or tv is irrelevant) I get this message :

Accessory

Downloading accessory firmware.
Your accessory will not function until the download completes.

No download ever starts nor anything gets installed. It simply won't work.

Thought I'd post here so others could test it also.

Let me know, thanks!

Mine works as expected on 8.2 on iPhone 6 and iPad mini 2

How did you trigger that prompt? I was sorta waiting for a firmware update to fix the flickering problem.

Hmm... so I tried again since so many ppl reproduced the problem.
but it still works on my iPad mini and iPhone 6 with iOS 8.3b1.

If you're near an Apple store, just swap it out?
I know Apple accessories sometimes get part upgrades
or firmware updates, that might be it.

Or else, try a fresh iOS device?

btw, am I the only one that hates how this thing can't do multitasking?
I would rather it stream the movies like Airplay and let me check my emails.

I have iPhone 5 and had this issue - just reverted back to 8.1.3 and all is fine. 8.2 doesnt allow the lightning connector for hdmi on 5 or 5s so I wont be updating anytime soon. iPhone 6 most likely free of the bug.

iOS 8.3 Wont' work

I have been using the Lightning Digital AV Adapter with my iphone 5C for 2 months with no problems. I updated to 8.3 and it stopped working. No error message, it shows it's connected, but nothing appears on the TV screen. Any ideas?
