IOS 8.2 No Apps Will Open - iPad Air 2

I just updated my iPad air 2 to the newest update and now none of my apps I have on my iPad will open. All apps that came standard open fine such as safari or music but any downloaded apps start to open then close right away. Any suggestions?

That's rather strange that simply opening an already existing app would somehow be affected by that, and to the point where it just plain won't launch.

I agree, but it seems to be a complaint from some.
