I've tested this on 3 devices running iOS 8.2. All devices are clean installs. iPhone 6, iPhone 5S and iPad Air.

It's so annoying. Click here for the video I made.

It only happens in safari. Is anyone else having this problem?

*Resolved* 8.3 update has fixed this issue!
