Please can someone tell me why I cannot select the junk option for emails. The option is there but its 'greyed out' therefore will not let me select it. I have to log into my emails (using yahoo and icloud) on the laptop to mark as spam or junk. Is this me being dumb? or is there a reasonable explanation for this. I am using an iphone 5 on IOS 8.3 Thanks in advance.
