iPhone iOS 8.4 Music restriction resets to clean

I am getting really frustrated with this now. I have reported it multiple times to Apple, but I don't see it being fixed on iOS 9 betas as well.

So far I've noticed that when I add any song or album to my catalogue the restrictions (whether they are being disabled or not) for music and podcast are reset to "Clean". Anyone else has that problem? Could it be that family plan (all adults) is the fault of this?

After some time I've jailbroke my device and installed CrashReporter. When "itunesstored" is crashed, the restrictions are reset.

Update: Apple asked me to provide logs with the Profile that they've send me. I did submit the logs, hopes this issue will be resolved.
