In previous versions in settings there was a way to show only music that has been downloaded to the device. I can't seem to figure out how to not show everything in icloud vs just what I have downloaded to the device. Anyone know where or how to fix this?

iOS 8.4 Music Settings

At the top of lists in My Music tap the red text that shows which view type you're using and it's at the bottom of that selection menu.
